If your order was
routed to this hot/specialty parts curing booth or "oven", it
is either a conveyor component requiring special handling or it is
simply too large to fit in the main production powder coat
booths. Either way, two visits are required. First, the part
is brought into this oven to pre-heat material prior to applying
powder. After the desired temperature is reached, your component
is transferred via overhead conveyor to the hot/specialty powder coat
booth. Once it is coated, your component is returned by the
overhead conveyor to the curing booth to bake on the powder. Powder
Coat looks great, it's durable and makes just the right impression! Now,
it's time to put all the pieces of the puzzle--conveyor, that is,
together in Roach assembly. |
