Another Roach powder
coat booth is available for "hot" or specialty oversize components or
conveyors. Large, vertical conveyors are powder coated in this booth as
are other large components which simply are too large to place in the main powder
booths. In this booth, an operator applies powder to a part
pre-heated in the batch oven. In some situations, parts needed but
missing from the original job batch will require special handling.
This booth allows those parts to be powder coated and expedited, without
disrupting main production booths. If
your conveyor is uniquely large, it will be powder coated in this booth and
cured in the hot/specialty curing booth shown in the following screen in this tour. |
