All Roach
Conveyors are Powder Coated. It doesn't just look great, but
it's durable too! And, our powder is available in a wide array of
colors to please the most demanding coordinator.

Conveyor components are
conveyed through a washer, into an oven for pre-heating
then continue overhead into powder booths where the powder is
applied. Components continue through completion ovens to
"bake" and the powder curing process is completed.
Powder Coated parts are now ready for assembly personnel to transform
into YOUR Roach conveyor.
