Designed around a Heavy Duty Chain Drag for heavy unit loads in a system environment, the modular Connect and Convey is capable of 12,000 lb unit loads at 12″ elevation. Various Drop-in modules such as Accumulation Zones, Chain Transfers, Roller Transfers and Intermediate modules allow for endless system configurations while integral controls speed installation.
With additional modular accessories like Roller or Chain Drag Turn Tables, Transfer Carts, Lifts,and Slave Board and Pallet Dispensers/Stackers, virtually any application can be met.
Powered Roller Accumulator
Every zone of the Roach 796PRA and 796PRAC is driven by a 24 vdc 1.9″ diameter powered roller. The roll to roll driven rollers are connected to the powered roller with 3/16″ diameter polyurethane belts. Each zone has true Plug And Play controls and is only energized while product is moving which reduces noise levels, maintenance requirements and most importantly energy consumption.

24 Hour Heavy Duty 3530 Gravity
07/03/2008: The 3530 Heavy Duty Gravity and the SS3530 Heavy Duty Structural Supports have been moved to the 24 Hour Ship line of conveyors and conveyor components.
3530 Heavy Duty Gravity provides 6,600 lb distributed live load per 10′ section with supports at 10′ centers, 16,000 lb with supports at 5′ centers. Each 3.5″ dia x 0.300″ wall roller is rated at 2,500 lb capacity per roller.
