All painted Roach
Conveyors feature powder paint. It doesn't just LOOK great, but
it's durable too! And, our powder is available in a wide array of
colors to please the most demanding coordinator.

Conveyor components are
conveyed through a washer, into oven for pre-painting temperature
approval and continue overhead into powder booths where powder is
applied. Components are again conveyed to additional ovens to
finish the "baking" or powder curing process. Painted
parts are now ready for assembly personnel to transform into YOUR Roach
conveyor.
