Once conveyor
components have been cut by the Mazak Laser FMS, an automated loader
moves into position on the Mazak tray and picks up both the cut parts
and the "skeleton" steel sheet remnant. It is placed on a sort
table where operators will sort parts by order
number on mornings following lights out operation. The loader
automatically returns to pick up a new sheet and deliver to replace the
finished sheet. After
parts are sorted by job number, they are placed onto the staging
conveyor system thus integrating Mazak Laser FMS with press brakes and
other fabrication machinery. Individual fabricated
component parts will soon come together and join purchased components
(if any) to allow the components on your order to begin assuming their
final form. |
