Another Roach powder
paint booth is available for "hot" or specialty components or
conveyors. Large, vertical conveyors are painted in this booth as
are other large components simply too large to place in main powder
booths. In this booth, an operator applies powder to a part
pre-heated in batch oven. In some situations, parts requiring or
missing from the original job batch will require special handling.
This booth allows those parts to be painted and thus, expedited, without
disrupting main production booths. If
your conveyor is uniquely large, it will be painted in this booth and
cured in the hot/specialty curing booth shown in the following image in this tour. |
