Roach accumulation conveyors consist of zero pressure accumulation and variable pressure accumulation.

 

Variable Pressure Accumulation
Variable pressure accumulation has a low back pressure and is an economical solution for temporary accumulation.

Zero pressure accumulation

Zero pressure accumulation allows accumulation of products with no back pressure. The product stops in accumulation zones controlled by sensors. The zones are controlled with either Smart Zone photo electric sensors ( no min. weight restriction) or mechanical sensor rollers (min. weight restriction).

Accumulation conveyor can be variable pressure live roller accumulation conveyors, zero pressure live roller accumulation conveyors, chain driven live roller accumulation conveyors, or line shaft driven live roller accumulation conveyors.
